Being a certified Executive Coach helps Vikram to work seamlessly with the top management of his clients in articulating strategy and driving positive change throughout the organization.

A Ph.D. from BIT MESRA and an MBA from IISW&BM (Calcutta), Vikram is an avid reader.  He has also spoken at some of the top management institutes of India on the challenges in the emerging pharmaceutical markets, with a focus on India.




K.N. Parameswaran (Param ) joined WhiteSpace Consulting  after more than 20+ years’ experience in the Indian Pharma Industry. He started his career in sales in GSK and has moved up the ladder across various roles in Sales and Marketing. He has worked across functions- marketing, sales, and strategy. He has worked in leading companies like GSK, Nicholas Piramal, Janssen and Abbott. In his last role he was Head of Commercial excellence for Abbott Specialty care in India, responsible for training, marketing excellence, sales excellence, and digital marketing.

He has well-rounded experience in managing a balance of acute and chronic therapies, a wide spectrum of businesses from managing NLEM crisis, product life cycle of mature brands, launching innovator brands and launching a division and building it to a critical mass. He brings to the table deep experience in driving business excellence despite  headwinds such as competitive pressure, regulatory changes, and unfavourable pricing. 

He is an avid marathoner and loves  trekking. He has run more than 20 half marathons and half a dozen full marathons across the country-  from Ladakh in the north to Cauvery in the south. He trains for the marathons under qualified experts and competitively participates in them. He believes that it is important for professionals to develop and pursue one hobby outside of his professional life.

A healthcare industry professional with 17+ years of experience in building and managing different forms of healthcare business with wide exposure in therapeutic segments such as Oncology, Rheumatology, Diabetes, Cardiology & wellness therapy. Sreemanta has a comprehensive exposure of Biologics and Biosimilars franchise and has spearheaded commercialization of biosimilar launches in India and other emerging markets in leading MNCs viz – Eli Lilly & Ranbaxy Ltd. 

Sreemanta’s key areas of expertise include business analytics, customer insights gathering, and articulation, marketing planning, KOL mapping, business model creation, etc. He has successfully authored syndicated papers in the area of Interventional Cardiology. He is also a Faculty @ NMIMS, Mumbai for Executive Development Sponsored Programs & Biosimilar Commercialisation course curriculum.

Sudarshan comes with experience of around 25 years in visual and performing arts. His understanding of Brand Communication stems from his multi-facets as an artist (painter), an acclaimed performing musician, a filmmaker, a teacher (former visiting faculty, Sushant School of Art and Architecture), an animal trainer, a design and branding coach, and also as a motivational speaker. Sudarshan is also the Vice President of the 'Stellars' chapter of BNI, Delhi Central that comprises many business owners, entrepreneurs, and CEOs.

Sudarshan has built brands across industries like pharmaceutical, healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, electronics, beauty, cosmetics, etc. Many MNC's launching new products have sought his talent to transform start-up products into million-dollar brands in global markets.

Vipin brings to table 23 years of experience in life sciences and healthcare having represented companies like AstraZeneca, Allergan, Ranbaxy and few large & midsized Indian organizations in sales, training, brand management and sales & marketing management roles.

The tenure included leadership roles in business including SBU head position’s which helped Vipin to have a firsthand experience of launching and managing big brands including FTL brands through various stages of their life cycle, rolling out Sales Force Effectiveness Modules, P&L management and training & mentoring large sales and marketing teams across various therapeutic areas including Critical Care, Oncology, Respiratory, Eye Care, Neurosciences and Multi-Specialty Acute Care, thus equipping Vipin to provide an ideal interface between business commercials and consulting excellence.

Vipin is a wildlife enthusiast & photographer, a travel blogger and an avid reader. His calm, composed & pragmatic approach helps him understand People, Brands & Organizations with empathy and thus enables him to collaborate effectively in providing solutions.




Gaurav lends depth to WhiteSpace's offerings beyond Pharma and Healthcare to projects involving access for Private, Public and Not for Profit Sectors. 

Gaurav has more than 20 years in public and private healthcare sectors- UN, USAID, WHO, Lily, Novartis, Abbott - in US, Switzerland, & India. He has led access initiatives, government collaborations for vaccines, oncology and devices. Headed HEOR for Novartis Oncology in Switzerland. Headed health policy/ Real World Evidence for Abbott India. He holds an MBBS Delhi, an MPH Harvard, a Post-Graduate diploma in health economics from London and a Post-Graduate diploma in health economics from London and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Medical Law and Ethics from National Law School University, Bengaluru. 



Mr. SPM has worked in Leadership Role for 4 decades. A keen learner, he has done different courses on General Management (IIM(B), Strategy for Competitive Advantage (IIM(A) & Essentials of Leadership from ISB, Hyderabad. He has been the visiting faculty with NMIMS, IES Pharma Management wing and for B. Pharma class with Mumbai University. His 4 decades of experience spans top Multinational and Indian Pharmaceutical companies. Beginning his journey with the Product Management team, Mr. Maitra has been able to develop and lead excellent Marketing as well as a strong Sales team for implementing the concept & strategies across therapies on Pan India basis. He feels blessed to have had the (Late) Mr. Tarun Gupta as his mentor and (Late) Prof. Chitta Mitra as his strategy guide in his professional journey. Mr. SPM’s hobbies include includes reading, music and occasionally acting in Bengali Drama. ‘Jonathan Livingstone Seagull’ written by Richard Bach, is his favourite book Mr. SPM gets inspired with the quote of Stephen Covey “ Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime”. And it is this that drives him to share his learnings and experiences to various organizations and teams.

Having started his career has a Management Trainee working on the field as a Sales Representative, Kedar has worked across large companies such as Abbott, Ranbaxy. He has contributed in both Ethical Business (Gynaecology, Gastroenterology, Anti-Infectives and Nutraceutical) and DTC and OTC Businesses with blockbusters viz. Revital and Digene.
Kedar followed this with award-winning assignments in the Consulting and Strategy sector with IMS Health (now IQVIA) in Portfolio Management, Sales Force Effectiveness, Product Licensing and New Market Entry disciplines; a key highlight being opening of the US Markets to Key Indian Branded Generic players.
Kedar has a work experience of 25 years with Academic qualifications in Lifesciences, Management and a Harvard certification in Prescription, Drug Regulations, Cost and Access.
